CHALLENGE
Omgeo is a financial software & services company, operating under the Thomson Reuters corporate umbrella. With an internationally distributed workforce, Omgeo wanted to create an Executive Team video that introduced the company leadership to the employees.

SOLUTION
BLUE WAVE wrote the treatment and created intimate and unique documentary-style vignettes with each executive that outlined their vision for the company, what inspires them at work, and what inspires them in their own lives. Each executive was pre-interviewed so their stories were discovered and discussed in advance. Location scouting at Omgeo produced a few unique, loft-style areas that gave the interviews an organic and edgy atmosphere. The video lives on Omgeo's intranet and is regularly used in their new employee on-boarding process.
