Genzyme Groundbreaking Event

CHALLENGE
The Castle Group specializes in creative and tailored public relations for corporate clients. They were in need of a marketing company to manage all of the audio, visual and staging needs for Genzyme Corporation's Ground-breaking Ceremony. The challenge was to produce a set that conveyed Genzyme's message in a simple and cost effective manner that did not take away from the notable speakers on stage. As the event took place outdoors under a tent, special attention had to be paid to the audio and visual elements to assure that the weather would not be a factor.

SOLUTION
Blue Wave produced a total of five large-scale, branded print pieces that highlighted the significance of the event itself, Genzyme's commitment to patient care and a rendering of the new facility. Careful attention was paid to the size, location and material of the print piece to ensure the best visual experience possible for those in the audience. Simple, black director's chairs were chosen for the speakers. The height of the chairs made the speakers visible to the audience from all angles.
