John has broad experience producing events, video, TV shows, design and interactive projects as well as branded apparel and premiums. Jonathan attended Fitchburg State University where he received his BS in Communications Media with a concentration in Film & Video Production. Over the past 5 years Jonathan has gained experience as a Producer, Director and Production Assistant on Feature Films, Corporate Videos and Independent productions in Boston, New York and Los Angeles. Currently, Jonathan oversees and manages all aspects of production for Video, Interactive projects, event design and promotions.

After earning a Media Arts degree from Emerson College in Boston, Ben Consoli quickly immersed himself in the New England media culture. Ben honed his craft on the sets of many national and local productions throughout New England. In 2005, he launched BC Media Productions, a media production company with a growing client list including Nike, D'Angelos, Comcast, Pillsbury, Nuance, Verizon, Cisco. In 2011 Ben joined the talented Blue Wave team as their lead creative director.
Multi-award winning copywriter, director, and video producer, Maria Della Croce has created successful advertising for TV and the web for hundreds of corporate clients, non-profits, and companies of all sizes. Before becoming an Independent Media Producer and joing Blue Wave, Maria worked in video production in advertising sales for many years honing her skills as a dynamic storyteller by producing, writing and directing hundreds of television commercials airing on cable networks throughout New England. Maria's writing and directing skills have earned her numerous awards including several Communicator Awards, New England Cable Television Awards, and Telly Awards.
Michael MacKenzie has been a motion graphics professional since 1990. After graduating with Honors from the Massachusetts College of Art & Design, studied typography in Londen under Neville Brody. From then, he worked at Viewpoint Creative, where he did work for many national and international cable networks (Discovery, History, Animal Planet, etc.). He has been a freelance motion graphics designer and art director since 2002, producing work for companies like Converse, Atari, Van Halen, Staples, Keurig, Hasbro, and many others. Mike Joined the Blue Wave team in 2007 as their lead animator. He is the recipient of ten International Broadcast Design Association awards as well as two local Emmy Awards.
Jenny Hamilton is a graphic designer and art director specializing in high-end print and packaging design, branding and identity, and creative strategy as well as photography with 6 years of professional experience. Her design and art direction background includes logos, marketing collateral, packaging, trade show booths and signage, environmental graphics and signage, websites, banner ads and more. As a photographer, she has experience shooting prodcuts on-location, and aerial photography. Jenny joined the Blue Wave team in 2012 and has been designing for both B2B and B2C companies, including printing and technical papers, banner ads and graphic design, commercial wallcovering, food, beauty, real-estate, technology, and education.
Christopher Stanley has been working in the film industry for more than 10 years. In recent years Christopher worked as a producer on a wide variety of film, television, and commercial projects for such companies as Nissan, Chevy, ESPN and Universal Studios. He currently specializes in internet-based entertainment and works as a producer for Blue Wave Marketing. Chris’s expertise includes both Windows and Mac operating systems. He’s highly proficient in most industry software, including Microsoft Office, Filemaker Pro, Final Draft, Final Cut Studio, various video conversion software, Adobe Design Suite, Quark, etc.
With more than 20 years experience in feature films, television, television commercials, internet commercials and promos, music videos, and corporate videos, Steve has amazing versatility to handle any project brought his way. Steve cut his teeth in the film industry as a production assistant in the 80s and his first break was working for director Joel Schumacher on the Paramount feature Cousins. He then began working in the Art Department on films including Independence Day, Wag the Dog, Two Days in the Valley, Mighty Ducks 2, and the Academy Award-winning Fargo. As a director, Steve’s many years in the Art Department have provided him with a strong visual style that fits well with any project. Most recent corporate clients include ADP, Allergan, Air Lease Corporation, Vivendi, Wii, Surfrider Foundation, TreePeople, and Scholastic.
With more than 25 years of experience on both the client and agency side, Jan consults with companies seeking innovative ways to activate brands and drive growth through integrated sales and marketing programs. She utilizes agile marketing techniques to attract new customers and deepen engagement with existing customers using a test-and-learn model to identify the right channels and engagement strategies to maximize business objectives. Prior to consulting, Jan spent 14 years at Hasbro where her leadership skills propelled her rise through the promotion and marketing ranks to the position of Vice President of Global Online Marketing Services. Jan led the strategic planning, design and roll-out of the Hasbro.com across 34 locales in 24 languages and established an in-house agency service model to deliver award-winning websites, online promotions, product demos and partner marketing programs. She loves a challenge and enjoys collaborating with internal and external teams to unlock ways to maximize success for growth-oriented companies.
